Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experience Site Supervisor for Concrete, Excavation, Shotcrete, and anchoring.

The Challenge/Requirements

• Deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective, and safe manner.
• Maintaining and Monitoring site work on a daily basis. 
• Planning and supervising subcontract and supplier activities.
• Planning and prioritizing work according to programs, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Supervise site crew and team productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities their own workload according to the job.
• Conduct the correct level.
• Enforce safe work practice and WH&S.

Expertise

• Expert in supervisor role with heaps of experience minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• The ability to work under pressure, be proactive, and show initiative.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
